The house has a surface area of 374 m2 and consists of the following:

6 bedrooms, Kitchen – dining room, Living room, Living room – dining room,kitchen dining room. 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is a wide hallway running through the house from one side to the other with doors at both ends.

Everything is beautifully decorated.

The property has two large barns of 213 m2 and 121m2 and a smaller one of 30 m2. The 213m2 alpendre is built in brick while the others are built in stone like the house.

There is an old fishery in the middle of the river which is owned by the house, but it is in a ruinous state and nothing can be done to it. In the middle of the fishery there is a small stone building where people used to stay to fish at night which is also in ruins.

Almost the entire property of the house is part of a huge oak grove and is one of the most peaceful places you can imagine.
