Description

In the past, the property was used for agricultural and livestock work, but the stables are still perfectly usable today.

On the property there are many fruit trees of great fruit production such as lemon trees, kiwis, persimmons, grapes,apples etc.

Within the property, apart from the large main house, there are several outbuildings, including a very large garage/workshop with a large belt saw and a pit for the maintenance of the vehicles. The lower part of this building has some old stables. If we wanted to use this garage we could renovate it and make it into a large second home.

The main house has on the ground floor some stables, one of which has a kitchen, where we find the boiler.

On the first floor we have the house where there is a large kitchen, living room, a small bathroom and a living room, after passing a second door we have a distributor that gives us access to a large bathroom and 4 bedrooms. we also have a large covered balcony. The whole house is beautifully furnished with all kinds of furniture.

Only pictures and personal belongings will be taken.

It has been harvesting honey for generations.

On the outside of the house there is also a large hórreo which is perfectly preserved and in use.

The property has two water supplies, one of its own and the other municipal, both free of charge. There are also three springs on the property.
