Bright house with several buildings in Os Ancares

Description

Property built in 1974 located in the region of Os Ancares, 5km from As Nogais, 60km from Lugo, in a village. It consists of a main house, an alpendre open on one side and which serves as an entrance door to the house. 

At the back of this main house, we find the old silo and stables. Separated from the house by a small path, there are three buildings, one of them made of stone and two of block. The first is a large shed that was formerly used to store the house's tractors and agricultural machinery. The second building, with two floors, is next to it and joined on the inside. On the ground floor were the old stables and the upper part was used to store straw. The third and most modern building is what is currently used as a garage. It is built of block and has an uralite roof. It has two entrances and can fit six cars. Above all these buildings and up to the road, there is a property belonging to the house, where the old chapel is located, nowadays in a ruinous state. 

The entrance to the house is through a beautiful stone alpendre where there is a wood oven. On the ground floor of the house, there is a large open space with numerous possibilities. At the moment it is the place where the gas-oil boiler and its deposit are located. On the upper floor, where the house is located, there is a kitchen (with a wood-burning cooker), a large living-dining room, 6 bedrooms (5 of them double) and two complete bathrooms. 

On the south side of the house, there is a flat piece of land formerly used as an orchard. The property stands out for its beautiful views.
