House with Several Buildings in Os Ancares

Description

Property built in 1974 and located in the region of Os Ancares, 5 km from As Nogais and 60 km from Lugo. It consists of a main house, porch, former stables, and three additional buildings.

The porch, open on one side, serves as the main entrance to the house. At the back of this main house, we find the old silo and stables. Separated from the house by a path, there are three buildings, one made of stone and two of concrete blocks.

The first is a large warehouse that was formerly used to store the house's tractors and agricultural machinery. Adjacent and connected from the inside is the second building, which has two floors. To enter the dwelling, you access through a beautiful stone porch where there is a wood-fired oven. On the ground floor of the house, there is a large open space with numerous possibilities. Currently, it is the place where the diesel boiler and its tank are located. On the upper floor, where the living quarters are located, we find a kitchen (with a wood stove, Bilbao-style), a large living/dining room, 6 bedrooms (5 of them double) and two complete bathrooms.

On the south side of the house there is flat land, formerly used as a vegetable garden. The property stands out for its beautiful views.
