Property situated 10km from As Pontes de García Rodríguez, 25km from Ortigueira and 20 minutes from the beach. The property enjoys total privacy, located in the middle of nature and set back from the road, close to a viewpoint from where you can see the sea, Ortigueira, Cedeira, Valdoviño, the Sierra de la Capelada and of course, As Pontes. 

The property consists of a main property and two small alpendres. One of them was an old carpentry shop and both of them have a wood oven. Situated on the plot, there is also a small gazebo with a table where we have wonderful views over a valley surrounded by mountains.

The main house consists of two floors and a loft. The distribution is as follows: on the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a large fireplace and different spaces with different atmospheres. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with two beds and the other with a double bed. They are joined by a central space with a lounge, where there is also a bed where another person could sleep if necessary. Access to the loft is via a staircase and is low, but has two beds and wardrobes.
