Property located in a village, 25 km from Santiago de Compostela and just 15 minutes from the airport. It has a plot of land of 12.000 sqm. Inside the property we have the main house, a shed, a hen house and a huge granary. At the back of the hórreo there is a large shed used as a garage and where we also have the boiler room, this barn is made of breeze block and has an uralite roof.

The rest of the constructions (houses, barns and hórreo) are all made of stone, wood, double glazed, and everything is perfectly restored and of very high quality. The roof is also in perfect condition and is made of wood and has insulation on top and then the tiles over that which are perfect.

The house has public sewage, mains water and 2 wells. There is also a small stream that runs through the forest that runs alongside the property, although the owner told me that it never dries up. The garden is very well maintained and cared for.

The property has an automatic electric entrance gate to the finca and the whole property is protected by alarms.

The heating is oil fired. All installations are in very good condition.

The Hórreo could be converted into a flat, as well as the barn, it would be perfect for holiday flats.
