It is a beautiful pazo surrounded by a large stone wall. In a wonderful condition, furnished and next to a church, you can guess that it has been the most important house of the place. It is in an enclosed estate of about 8750m2, and in the middle of it runs a "channelled" water stream that flows into a beautiful stone fountain next to the Pazo. Today, the Pazo has been converted into a hotel for pilgrims who pass only 1km from the property. It can accommodate up to 15 people as it is. It operates successfully in relation to the theme of holiday rentals. The possibilities for expansion are great.

On entering, and passing through the old gate with that enormous key that takes you back centuries and centuries, you find what today has become a bar in a shed in front of the pazo, which borders the inner courtyard of the pazo. On the same boundary, there is a small alpendre transformed into a bathroom for the use of visitors (without entering the house) and another storeroom that could perfectly make an independent apartment.

From an aerial view, it can be seen that in addition to the main pazo, 3 or 4 more apartments could be prepared on the property. The possibilities are great. The buildings are in good condition. Only the so-called "casita de los caseros" is in a poorer condition.

In the back garden, which is completely walled, there is a large granary (which could be rehabilitated as a flat or an interesting communal space). The house of the landlords (about 80m2), the old barn (about 80m2 which would be enough for two floors, at least in part of the building), the dovecote, which is beautiful and well preserved, and more than 8000 metres of very fertile land.

The body of the Pazo is about 300 m2 per floor, on two floors plus a covered ground floor. In total about 700m2.

When you enter the Pazo, from the door you can go in four possible directions: up the marvellous granite stairs, to the back, which leads to the back garden, to the left (now walled up, which leads to the house of the owners) and to the right, which leads to a large living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. This space can be rented as an independent apartment.

Towards the back, besides the exit to the back garden, it gives us access to a hall with a bed (the owner uses it as a bedroom at the moment), a very nice kitchen with a well-functioning bilbaine, an office, a laundry room, a bathroom with shower. You can make another big independent apartment.

On the first floor, you can guess the grandeur of what once was the place, it is decorated with large lounges that can be used as common places to enjoy reading, writing, music ..... or if the buyer prefers, it is very easily reformable into rooms. The wooden floors are in perfect condition, as well as the ceiling, doors, beds, wardrobes .... all in harmony. At the moment on this first floor there are two complete bedrooms with bathrooms and 4 living rooms, one of them with a beautiful granite fireplace.

On the first floor or under the roof, we find 3 bedrooms, a common bathroom for all of them in the corridor, and a dressing room.

The pazo is only 33km from Santiago, 1km from the North Way of St. James and 6km from Arzúa.
