In the heart of Asturias, this unique property fuses the natural beauty of the surroundings with the history that has been represented in these 6 properties. With a capacity of up to 48 people, views of the river and the Sierra del Cuera, it is a definite investment opportunity.
This property once belonged to the Principality of Asturias and is now privately owned. We wanted to show an example of each of the typical properties of the area, set in a perfect environment to define the strength of Asturian nature. Thus, we have 6 properties that are sold all together.
La Antigua Tahona, currently converted into a hotel with restaurant and cafeteria, with spectacular views of the river (illuminated at night) with a heat source for the coldest days. On the same ground floor, the Tahona has an industrial kitchen that communicates with the outside and with the cafeteria. Also from the kitchen there is access via interior stairs to an area of cold storage and freezing chambers, together with a room where the pumps are kept to drain the water from the river if necessary.
The ground floor can also be accessed from the dining area - cafeteria, passing through a nice landing and play area (which can be used for other purposes) where the oven continues, which is the reason why the hotel was the "Antigua Tahona" (old bakery). There is also a male and female toilet area. Leaving the hotel on the right hand side, we find part of the hotel with 5 rooms, all double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. To the right we have a bifurcation to the floor above and below, on each of the floors we have 4 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, all overlooking the river area and outdoor terrace, from where we also have access through the restaurant. Therefore, in the Antigua Tahona we have 13 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Las Casas del Molinero consist of two buildings: the large mill and the small house (also a mill, converted into a house) with a barbecue area and a place to be in front of the river. The small house has the following distribution: the lower part with kitchen - living room - dining room and on the upper floor, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. In the large mill, the distribution is as follows: a living-dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, and two more bedrooms upstairs. In total, there are 5 bedrooms and 1 extra bedroom.
Leaving the Casa del Molinero, on the left hand side, there is a building that houses the heating of the 4 houses we are talking about: the Antigua Tahona, the two mills and the ones we are going to see now, which are La Tablá (with kitchen - living room with double bed, double bedroom and shared bathroom) and El Pajar (same distribution as the previous one). Both have heating, as well as a wood-burning stove. In total, there are 4 rooms.
La Casa del Corredor, sixth building, consists of a kitchen - living - dining room with storage of household goods on the ground floor, along with a bedroom with double bed and two single beds, all in the same with a bathroom. On the upper floor there is another room with a false ceiling and a bathroom with bathtub. At the exit of this last house, there is a small square with a barbecue grill and a table with wooden benches to spend time outdoors. In total 2 bedrooms, with capacity for up to 7 people if desired.
The whole property that belongs to the building surrounds these cottages and from the same, you can see the Sierra del Cuera. On leaving La Casa del Corredor, there is a flatter area where you could plant vegetables.
A total of 48 people have been accommodated here. The hotel itself has a capacity for 26 people without counting the extra beds. Together with the houses, there would be a total capacity of up to 48 people.
