This property is located in the parish of Curantes, in the municipality of A Estrada, in the heart of the province of Pontevedra. The estate is approximately 12 minutes by car from the centre of A Estrada and around 35 km from Santiago de Compostela, with access via the PO-7006 road. Just 300 m from the property runs the Camiño da Geira e dos Arrieiros, a recently officially recognised Jacobean route connecting Braga with Santiago de Compostela.

A Estrada is an inland municipality of Pontevedra with a remarkable heritage. It is particularly known for its exceptional collection of Romanesque churches, with 19 temples dating back to the 10th to 13th centuries, which form part of the well-known Ruta do Románico. The Pazo de Oca, located within the municipality itself, is one of the most representative pazos in Galicia, renowned for its baroque gardens.
The municipality also offers over 150 km of trails, including water mill routes that follow the area's river courses. A Estrada is also known for the Rapa das Bestas de Sabucedo, declared of international tourist interest, and the Festa do Salmón, declared of tourist interest in Galicia.
The property lies just metres from the Camiño da Geira e dos Arrieiros, a Jacobean route officially recognised by the Chapter of the Cathedral of Santiago in 2019, which follows the course of an ancient Roman road and connects Braga with Compostela over approximately 240 km (149 miles).
