
This 15th century Pazo is in a privileged location in Irixoa, near Betanzos. The property is semi restored and has many possibilities. There are almost 900 m2 of buildings of which a large part has been restored to the highest standard.

Irixoa is a large municipality, but it does not have a large population centre, which is scattered throughout different villages and places. The main tourist attraction of the municipality is derived from its landscape and its exuberant nature. Hunting and sport fishing find in the municipality of Irixoa one of the few paradises that are still preserved in our land. It is very close to the river Mandeo, to Betanzos and only 30 minutes from the international airport of A Coruña.

The municipality of Irixoa is located in a transition zone between the plateau of Lugo and the coastal regions of As Mariñas and Ferrolterra. Two relatively important roads cross the municipality. From west to east they cross the local road 640 from Betanzos to Viveiro, and the local road 153, from Montesalgueiro to Pontedeume. Both cross at the place known as Pazo de Irixoa, where the municipal capital is located.
